Hi, my name is David McLeod. I live just out of Aberdeen in Scotland. My dad (George) works as a Computer Manager in Aberdeen, Mum (Cathie) works as a Nurse in Aberdeen and the surrounding area that is called Aberdeenshire. She has a big passion for showing dogs and frequently goes to dog shows even ones abroad. One of the dogs called Dougie has a place in the top 16 dogs of Scotland. I have an eleven-year-old brother (Stewart) who is in Primary seven at school. His interests are basketball, football and playing around with guns (grow up Stew). He likes to go swimming every Friday night at the club my dad's a member of.
I am fifteen and in fourth year at Secondary School. I have just finished my prelim exams and got the grades back. I am quite pleased with most of the grades. I am in a band now that's called 'Skyebanned', we have been formed for two years and played many gigs. I play the bass in the band and I enjoy every minute of it. We play Scottish and Modern music. The band has just done a Martyn Bennett gig at Huntly, which is near Aberdeen and think that it is going to be the best gig I will ever do. Martyn Bennett opened T in the Park on the main stage in 98. The band had a gig on the 28th of December 98 with a band called Saxation
and think it was one of the best gigs the band played. The band started off a part of the Gordon Gaitherin.
My interests are computers and Formula One Racing. When I am older I would like to be a Software Engineer for a Computer Games Company such as Lucas Arts who designed Dark Forces. I like the design aspect of actually draw the characters and levels of the game I doing on the computer. I did a college course at Aberdeen College on Unix in the summer holiday of 1998 and I enjoyed it a lot. I would like to continue to use Unix as I thought that it was quite an interesting course. essays and a painting. I enjoy painting and hope to continue to. When I am older I wish to be a Software Engineer, and my ambition is to work for Lucas Arts. I am very lucky having a dad like mine, because as a Computer Manager for the Police I have the ability to work on the computer for school and at play.
